Having lived in the Canary Islands for 11 years, I can confidently say that I know Mojo well, and this one is outstanding. The red drizzle is absolutely amazing. It is flavorful, has just the right level of spice, and pairs well with almost anything.
Since receiving my batch, I have been using it every single day.

The Red Drizzler has become a staple in my pantry. I literally use it with everything , for indian cooking recipes, for salads, great addition to making kimchi and recently used it to make pork sausage for lunch time protein bowl. It is spicy which is why it’s a favourite in our home. Depending on your spice level you might need a little or a lot.
