Serves 4
Ingredients:
1/2 onion or 1 large shallot, sliced
10–12 pieces of shrimp
3 cups of left over rice
3–4 tbsp of The Red Drizzler, Hot or Mild
3 tbsp of Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
4 eggs
Cucumber, tomato slices, and fried onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Sauté onions and shrimp for three minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque.
2. Add in the rice, toast and coat with The Red Drizzler and Kecap Manis. Mix well, ensuring that all the grains of rice are coated with the sauces.
3. Top with a fried egg, garnish with the cucumber and tomato slices.
