Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
1/2–1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 jar of The Mother Mix
4–6 eggs (depending on the size of your pan)
3 oz of Feta cheese
Parsley or any herb you have on hand, to garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
The Red Drizzler, Hot or Mild, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a 10-inch skillet heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and peppers for a few minutes, until softened.
2. Add a jar of The Mother Mix. Pour some water into the jar of The Mother Mix to get every bit of its goodness and add that water to the pan. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Create four to six wells (depending how many eggs you're using) and crack the eggs into the wells. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, dot the pan with Feta cheese and let it cook for 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Garnish with parsley, serve with crusty bread.
