¡1-2-3 Paella!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 jar of The Mother Mix
¾ cup Bomba rice*
2 cups broth
3 cups protein and vegetables of your choice
Generous pinch of saffron (optional)

Instructions:
In a skillet with 3" height or a paella pan:
1. 
Add all the ingredients to a 10-inch skillet with high sides. Cook on low for 30 minutes, or until the rice and proteins are cooked through.
2. Garnish with lemon wedges and piquillo peppers.
3. Serve hot with The Red Drizzler for some heat.

In a rice cooker:
1. Place all the ingredients in a rice cooker, mix well, and set to ‘cook’.
2. Serve immediately once ready. Avoid leaving it on the 'warm' setting too long, or it will dry out.

Chef’s Tips:
Rice timing by type:
Bomba rice: 30 minutes
Basmati/Jasmine rice: 11–15 minutes

Vegan/Vegetarian: Use beans and vegetables—they cook at the same time as the rice.
Seafood: Cooks faster—monitor closely.
Meat: May take longer—cook until tender.
